Thank you to Jane Weston for coming along to Crossroads to speak of her journey in obtaining reparations from the Royal Air Force.
Jane was dismissed from the RAF for being trans and has finally had an apology ceremony from the RAF. He has asked if we can signpost at where people can get information.
Are you LGBTQ+ and did you serve in any of the armed forces between 1967 and 2000? You may be entitled to an apology and reparations whether you were you discharged for being LGBTQ+ or whether you managed to hide it.
